James E. Whitney II, Consulting Engineer

Jim has over 30 years experience in theoretical and numerical computation for digital and statistical signal processing, from algorithm design to hardware build and delivery. His research has been used by such agencies as the FAA's Wake Vortex Program, Army, Navy, NASA, and DARPA research programs. Jim holds B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees, all in electrical engineering.
