What can the Mouse Hotel do?
Mouse Hotel is a multi-channel receive array optimized for parallel mice imaging under conventional MRI scanners. The housing is designed to allow temperature-controlled airflow. Simultaneous mice imaging with superior SNR is now possible!
Imaging FOV is reduced without compromising coil interactions.
Excellent SNR is possible even with 4X acceleration through SENSE reconstruction (see images below).
Mouse Hotel can be scaled to accommodate 8 coil elements or more.
Coil-scanner-interface with preamplifiers can be customized for Philips, Siemens, GE, Bruker, and more.
Get low-noise images quickly
If you compare these TSE (turbo spin echo) images of in-vitro mice, you'll see that there is very little difference in the SNR (signal-to-noise ratio) between standard images and those made in a fraction of the time using SENSE reconstruction.
